Jak stworzyć własne distro linuxa i na którym z linuxów??

Założenia początkowe:

-gnome

-lekkość

Jeśli lekkość to czysty linux ;pp.

rMake is a package building tool that provides a clean

build environment, ensuring that the same package can be

built consistently across different machines by strictly

rMake is installed on your local system and can be used

from the command line. rMake functionality has also been

integrated into rBuilder. If you have rMake installed on

your local system, these features will be active in the

rBuilder interface.

 

 

Before using rMake in rBuilder on your single-user

* Access rBuilder using a Conary-based system (rPath

* Install the rMake package by running the following

command as root: conary update rmake --install-label=conary.rpath.com@rpl:devel --resolve

 

* Start the rMake service by running the following

NOTE: The rMake service must be running whenever you

want to use rMake. You can either start the service

manually each time you need it (using the /sbin/service

command above), or configure rMake to start automatically

on reboot by running the following command as root:

/sbin/chkconfig rmake on

 

 

 

After installing rMake, the rMake link in your project

panel will lead to the rMake main page, and you can start

using the integrated rMake features here in rBuilder.

Jakiś szajs. Najlepiej się robi tak, że tworzysz sobie wymarzony os na dysku potem to dajesz w instalke linuxa i live cd i się cieszysz. Dokładnie nie wiem jak się robi własne live cd.

Znalazłem coś takiego:

aptitude install live-package

cp /usr/share/make-live/lists/xfce /tmp/moje_pakiety # w katalogu masz inne przykłady

vim /tmp/moje_pakiety

make-live -d sid -p /tmp/moje_pakiety -m http://ftp.cz.debian.org/debian/

Wiecie może o co chodzi z tym moje pakiety i co tam wpisać??

lekkość i gnome? przecież to jest jedno z bardziej wymagających WM'ów. już bardziej xfce albo fluxbox, ale nie gnome.

i taka mała rada - żeby napisać własne distro musisz znać linuksa w zakresie przynajmniej średnio-zaawansowanym. radzę się nad tym zastanowić, zanim zaczniesz cokolwiek pisać ;]
